Senior Process Engineer

What You'll Do

  • Lead continuous improvement and capital projects that improve safety, quality, yield, and operational performance.

  • Analyze plant data and operational metrics to identify opportunities and solve problems.

  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause problem-solving initiatives.

  • Partner with production, maintenance, R&D, and leadership teams to optimize operations.

  • Serve as a technical expert, mentor, and coach for teams across the facility.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

  • Demonstrated experience with Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA), combustible dust compliance, and/or vapor hazard management within an industrial or food manufacturing environment.

  • Experience leading process improvement and capital projects.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.

  • A hands-on engineer who enjoys solving problems and making a measurable impact.
